Sources and Corrections
islands.fun cites its sources on the pages that use them and corrects errors openly. Report anything wrong to support@madeira.fun and the page will be rechecked against its sources.
Our Sources
Pages draw on official tourism authorities, park and transport operators, municipal information, established editorial sources and first-hand visits. Volatile facts, the ones that change with seasons and rules, carry a source and a verification date on the page itself.
Reporting an Error
If a guide says something that is wrong, outdated or misleading, email support@madeira.fun with the page address and what you found. Reports go to the same team that wrote the page.
Confirmed errors are fixed on the page, the updated date changes, and material corrections are noted where the error stood. We do not silently rewrite history on disputed facts.
Recheck Schedule
Beyond reader reports, volatile facts are rechecked on a rolling schedule, with transport, permits and access rules first in line. A page whose sources have gone stale is corrected or trimmed rather than left to mislead.
